Softwatch helpdesk assists customers in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues. The helpdesk is the first level of support. Problems that are not resolved by the helpdesk directly are assigned to our R&D or infrastructure teams until they are completely resolved.

The helpdesk serves customers around the world in several languages. Our support team is fluent with different types of remote control tools, monitoring tools, operating systems, programming languages, databases and Web servers.

Process Flow:

  1. Customer request by email, SMS or phone
  2. Response from Softwatch Helpdesk, log issue in our Customer Zone
  3. The support team handles the issue using relevant tools
  4. In case of a software problem – the issue is being assigned to our R&D team
  5. Resolution and documentation
