National Telco Operator
A national Telco company with 5,000 desktop users needed to cut costs to stay ahead in an ever-increasing competitive market — without compromising high level performance and service.
The Telco operator deployed SoftWatch to accurately track the actual usage of each software installation. SoftWatch automatic license tracking and deep usage analysis detected significant waste.
